Korpdev is a NewGen advisory firm based in Paris providing Strategics and PE investors with agile M&A execution, from deal sourcing to closing. It was founded by former Corporate Development leaders from leading scale-ups and listed strategics, bringing top-tier sourcing and execution expertise to its clients.

As an Analyste, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their strategic buy-side initiatives:

• You will connect with decision-makers at targets and assist in determining strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A, succession planning) led by these decision-makers and in confirming suitability for our clients

• In addition, you will help execute relevant deals for our clients, supporting the process from end to end: performing company valuations, building financial models, monitoring due diligence, and drafting investor materials

Profile: 

• Advanced degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University) with a specialization in finance, strategy, or entrepreneurship

• Prior experience in Corporate Development, M&A, private equity, or high-growth scale-up is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders and in a team

• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment

• Professional-level English required; additional European languages are a plus
